Patrick A. Baldwin is the Senior Consultant for Workplace Safety and Security operations with Tanasarah LLC.
Our Promise
Patrick has an over 25 year career in the public safety arena. His extensive experience includes Federal, municipal and private sector positions. Patrick served in the US Army as a military policeman, and as a Federal Police Officer. He has managed security for banking institutions, small and large businesses, and has provided personal protective services for VIP clients.
As Deputy Director of Safety for Boyne USA Resorts, Inc., Patrick had primary responsibility for workplace safety operations at multiple holdings, encompassing a variety of business activities. Patrick established safety programs that led to success in improving safe work practices and reducing Workmen’s Compensation costs. Calling upon his training as an Emergency Medical Technician, Patrick helped to establish, at Boyne Mountain, the first State licensed Medical First Responder Unit for a private resort property.
Patrick has also served the community in a variety of positions. He was a Reserve Officer with the Harbor Springs Police Dept., twice being honored as Officer of the Year and serving as Unit Commander for two terms prior to his retirement in 2000. Patrick volunteered as an EMT with the Emmet Ambulance Assoc., Readmond-Friendship Rescue Squad and Boyne Mountain Rescue Squad. Patrick worked for several years as a Volunteer Conservation Officer with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. In 1994, Patrick was honored with a commission as a Kentucky Colonel in recognition of his service to the public.
